Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Make outbound and inbound calls
- Follow up with potential customers
- Explain company services and convert leads
- Maintain customer records and communication

Required Skills:

- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Sales or telecalling background preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing ability

Language Requirements:

- Odia (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Mandatory)
- Basic English
