Lansky Productions is building Lansky Mr Miss Mrs India World, a national fashion, personality, grooming and entertainment platform designed to discover talent across India and take selected finalists to an international Grand Finale in Dubai. The journey spans 15 states, professional grooming and state-level competitions, culminating in 45 national finalists and 3 national crowns.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sponsorship Coordinator who can identify potential sponsors, build brand partnerships and coordinate sponsorship activities for Lansky Productions and its upcoming events.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with B2B sales and client pitching, and capable of building relationships with brands, corporates, agencies and local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential sponsors and brand partners
- Reach out to companies, brands, agencies and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- Pitch sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable sponsorship solutions
- Prepare and share sponsorship proposals, presentations and commercial details
- Maintain a database of prospects, leads and active sponsors
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the management team
- Negotiate sponsorship terms and assist in closing partnerships




- Coordinate with internal teams for execution of sponsorship commitments
- Maintain strong relationships with sponsors before, during and after events
- Track sponsorship deliverables and ensure commitments are fulfilled
- Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and revenue

What We're Looking For

- Experience in sponsorship sales, business development, event sales, media sales, partnerships or corporate sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently communicate with senior business professionals
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working with sales targets
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Experience in events, fashion, beauty, entertainment, media or advertising will be an advantage
