Job description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated US Logistics Coordinators / Freight Brokers to join our US logistics operations. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating leads and onboarding new shippers.
- Identify, qualify, and select reliable carriers to ensure safe and efficient transportation services.
- Provide customers with competitive and accurate freight quotes.
- Utilize industry tools such as Power DAT and TruckStop for load planning and carrier sourcing.
- Prepare carriers for assigned loads and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and communicate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers regarding pickups, deliveries, and transit updates.
- Track shipments, verify delivery times, and resolve any transit-related issues.
- Stay updated on US freight carrier services to attract new customers and support long-term retention.

Qualifications





- Minimum 6 months of brokerage or freight experience is required.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- (Note: Candidates without prior brokerage experience will not be considered.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
