Key Responsibilities ( Mandatory HVAC , Plumbing and Fire Fighting)

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience required between 3- 6 years.
- Convert 2D drawings into intelligent BIM models.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and assist in resolving model conflicts using tools such as Navisworks. Update models based on design revisions and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and project workflows.
- Generate construction documentation and model-based deliverables.
- Maintain model accuracy, version control, and project documentation. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.



Required Skills Proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection. Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD (Level of Development), and BIM standards. Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Positive communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and time management skills. Preferred Software Revit AutoCAD Navisworks BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Civil 3D (depending on discipline), HVAC and Fire Fighting.

Pay: ₹30,135.22 - ₹70,115.21 per month
