Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting activities in a cashew processing/manufacturing organization. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, along with a good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions in Tally.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain purchase and sales records related to raw cashew, finished goods, and other materials.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform regular reconciliation.
- Handle cash and bank transactions and conduct bank reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting activities.
- Maintain records of raw material purchases, processing expenses, and finished goods transactions.
- Assist in tracking inventory-related accounting entries and stock records.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and MIS as required.




- Coordinate with purchase, sales, production, stores, and other departments for accounting-related matters.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide required financial documents.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Tally experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, cashew, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Good understanding of ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in the cashew processing/manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally accounting and inventory-related entries will be preferred.
- Candidates from Kesinga and nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
