Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – HR with 10 to 12 years of experience, specializing in Statutory Compliances such as PF , Bonus , ESIC & Recruitment , Team Leading . The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in HR and be capable of independently managing hiring processes, employee engagement, and HR operations to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Good sound knowledge of Statutory Compliances .
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and develop workforce plans
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Oversee documentation, HRMIS updates, and employee records




- Conduct HR audits and support training & development efforts
- Provide strategic HR insights to leadership for organizational growth
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and productive work culture.
- Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 10 to 12 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
