- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records, lead pipelines, and interaction histories in the CRM system
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order execution and transparent client communication.
- Reporting: Generate daily or monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards, and activity tracking logs.
