- Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and other site teams.
- Check measurements, quantities, and quality of executed work.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and site records.
- Assist with material planning and tracking site requirements.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of construction materials.
- Support QA/QC inspections and rectification of site issues.
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes during execution.
- Report progress, delays, and site issues to the Senior Engineer / Project Manager.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of civil construction and high-rise building works.
- Ability to read architectural, structural and civil drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of quantity calculations and measurements.
- Good site coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
