- Experience in preparing itineraries, costing & documentation.
- Experience in selling Domestic packages.
- Expertise in online hotel & allied products booking.
- Assist with amendments, cancellations, and refunds of bookings.
- Contract rates from hotels/airlines and quote diligently to customers.
- Maintain customer/enquiry MIS
- Long-term commitment.
- Develop customised proposals, exhibit packages, and delegate pitches based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and booth locations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Domestic Tour/Travel Operations - FIT / GIT / MICE
- Postgraduate in Tourism & Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Operations and Sales.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
