We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Incharge to manage our event production inventory, materials, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of props, decor items, equipment, and timely dispatch for events.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records (inward/outward, stock tracking)
- Coordinate with production and event teams for material requirements
- Supervise loading/unloading and ensure proper handling of event items
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of props and equipment
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Plan warehouse layout for efficient space utilization
- Maintain cleanliness,



safety, and discipline in warehouse
- Monitor damages, repairs, and maintenance of materials
- Ensure timely packing and dispatch for events

Requirements

- 2+ years experience in warehouse/logistics (event industry preferred)
- Solid inventory management skills
- Ability to handle pressure during event schedules
- Basic knowledge of Excel / inventory software
- Leadership & team handling skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
