We’re looking for:

A Visualiser who combines solid conceptual thinking with exceptional design craft and a deep understanding

of digital culture.

You should be able to translate a brief into a compelling visual idea, develop it across platforms, and take

ownership of execution—from the first concept to the final asset.

The role will focus majorly on digital and social media work also sometimes mainline advertising, working

closely with copywriters, strategists, motion designers, and the wider creative team.

What You’ll Do

 Conceptualise and execute visual ideas for integrated digital campaigns, brand launches, and always-on

social content.

 Develop engaging static creatives, carousels, reel concepts, storyboards, digital ads, and banners.

 Create with an understanding of platform behaviour, audience relevance, and formats across

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

 Partner with copywriters and strategists to ensure every visual delivers on the brief and strengthens

the brand’s communication.

 Brief and guide motion designers and animators, providing clear visual direction and well-organised,

animation-ready assets.

 Maintain high standards of composition, typography, colour, retouching, and brand consistency.

 Stay informed about emerging design trends,



digital culture, and content formats, applying them

where relevant to the brand.

 Guide junior designers, review their work, and manage multiple assignments within agency timelines.

 Extend campaign ideas into print ads, outdoor communication, brochures, and other mainline formats

when required.

What You’ll Bring

 A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within an advertising or digital agency.

 A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, digital campaign execution, and refined visual

craft.

 Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

 Strong skills in image manipulation, compositing, retouching, lighting, and colour grading.

 A working understanding of motion design, storyboarding, and preparing layered assets for animation.

 The ability to explain creative decisions, respond constructively to feedback, and collaborate across

teams.

 Attention to detail, ownership of your work, and the ability to deliver consistently under tight

deadlines.

Added Advantage

 knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

 And knowledge of AI Video or storytelling.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
