About the Role

We are hiring Luxury Sales Consultant for a premium retail/fitness store environment in Noida. The position involves handling the store front desk, engaging with walk-in customers, and driving sales through effective communication and service. This is a target-based role with performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and front desk activities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them accordingly
- Promote and sell products/services or membership plans to customers
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle walk-in inquiries, customer follow-ups, and basic coordination
- Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and overall presentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store functioning
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience of 1 to 3 yrs in B2C/ retail sales.
- Graduation mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)




- Presentable personality with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Willingness to work in a store-based role
