Job Summary

The strongest candidates will show both Workday integration depth and evidence that they have delivered Extend applications that users adopted and the business found valuable.

- You will have 5 or more years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise integrations, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
- You will have hands-on experience building and launching at least two production Workday Extend applications that solve a clearly defined business or operational need. You should be able to explain the problem, your contribution, the users served, the launch, the outcome, and how the application was supported after release.
- You will have practical knowledge of Workday Extend application design, user experience, business logic, data access, Workday APIs, security, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- You will have hands-on experience with relevant Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Web Services, REST or SOAP APIs, or RaaS.
