In this role, you will lead and execute the on-site mechanical and electrical installation of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will ensure all installations comply with electrical safety standards, industry regulations, and high-quality workmanship benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities * System Installation: Mount solar panels, racking, and support structures on various roof types (concrete, sheet metal, etc.) securely and safely. * Electrical Wiring & Integration: Perform DC and AC wiring, connect string inverters, junction boxes, protection devices (DC/AC DBs), and integrate systems with net-metering setups.

* Testing & Commissioning: Conduct rigorous multi-meter testing, insulation resistance tests, and voltage checks to commission solar arrays safely before handovers. * Troubleshooting &

Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve inverter faults, wiring issues, generation drops,



and perform periodic system maintenance. * Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to site safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and utilizing fall-protection equipment during high-elevation rooftop work.

Key Qualifications & Requirements * Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical works, specifically with rooftop solar PV installations (on-grid and hybrid systems). * Education & Certification: ITI Electrical trade certification, Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a valid electrical wireman license. *

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
