Roles & Responsibilities

- Senior AI Engineer role focused on building production-grade LLM systems and agentic workflows. The position emphasizes orchestration, evaluation, structured outputs, and reliable model behavior in real-world deployments. It also involves designing observability, recovery,



and scalable inference strategies for AI agents.
- Build and own sub-agents with typed input/output schemas, versioned prompts, constrained tools, and success metrics.
- Design the orchestration layer for planning, replanning, tool-failure recovery, and handoff between agents.
- Develop an evaluation harness to determine readiness for shadow, assisted, and autonomous deployment.
- Work on a two-tier model setup using heavy models for judgment and lighter self-hosted models for extraction and formatting.
- Make agent behavior observable and debuggable with traces, cost tracking, and failure attribution.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
