Profile Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client requirements, and provide regular updates on ongoing services.

The role is suitable for freshers with an interest in Research & Publication, basic knowledge of journals, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Explain research and publication services to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist clients with queries related to research papers, journals, review articles, books, and publication services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on ongoing services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Handle client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate with clients while maintaining service quality and business requirements.




- Support client retention and identify opportunities for generating additional business.
- Conduct basic quality checks of published materials, including research articles, reviews, and books.

Eligibility & Skills

- Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
- Postgraduate candidates from Science-related disciplines such as M.Sc., M.Pharmacy, etc. are preferred.
- Basic understanding of Research & Publication.
- Knowledge of Journals and the research publication process.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
