About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor who can create engaging, fast-paced and visually strong video content for social media, website and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, Social Media, Content, Influencer and Marketing teams to turn raw footage into high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos
- Edit fashion, lifestyle, product and campaign content
- Create trend-based Reels using current formats, music, transitions and editing styles
- Edit content from in-house shoots, influencer shoots and creator/UGC content
- Edit product videos, campaign films, BTS and brand storytelling videos
- Create videos for website, product pages and digital campaigns
- Edit video creatives for performance marketing/ads
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics and basic animation
- Colour correct and grade footage to maintain a consistent visual style
- Select the best shots from raw footage and build engaging narratives
- Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms
- Work with the Creative Director and Social Media team to execute creative concepts
- Maintain organised project files and editing assets
- Deliver multiple edits within tight timelines

What We’re Looking For





- 2–4 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of After Effects is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social-first video editing
- Strong sense of pacing, music, transitions and storytelling
- Valuable understanding of fashion, lifestyle, youth culture and digital content
- Ability to understand a brief and independently execute an edit
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Willingness to experiment with new editing styles and trends

Important

This is a hands-on editing role. We are looking for someone who can take raw footage or a creative brief and independently turn it into an engaging final video.

You should be comfortable creating/editing content based on trends and experimenting with new formats, rather than only editing pre-defined videos.

A practical video editing assignment will be shared with shortlisted candidates as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
