About the Role
Grevis Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical/ophthalmic segment. The role involves managing existing customers, reactivating old/inactive accounts, developing new clients, and converting enquiries into regular business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Reconnect with inactive/old customers and generate repeat business.
- Identify and approach current customers, distributors, dealers, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant buyers.
- Introduce and promote the company's pharmaceutical and ophthalmic products.
- Generate enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow up until closure.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products and competitive pricing.
- Follow up regularly with customers to build long-term business relationships.
- Track sales activities, enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.




- Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer servicing.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, customer meetings, and business development.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Gurugram preferred.
