The Plastic Injection Molding Machine Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day injection molding production activities, ensuring machines operate efficiently, production targets are achieved, and products meet required quality standards. The role involves managing operators, monitoring machine parameters, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and production procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor injection molding machines and production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure daily and monthly production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Allocate operators and manpower according to machine and production requirements.
- Monitor machine operating conditions and ensure approved process parameters are maintained.
- Set and monitor parameters such as:
- Barrel and mold temperature
- Injection pressure
- Injection speed
- Holding pressure and time
- Cooling time
- Screw speed and back pressure
- Cycle time
- Cushion and other process parameters

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
