Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for our café and F&B; brand. The ideal candidate should have relevant prior experience working with a café, QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; brand and understand the visual requirements of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, menus, offers, and in-store branding.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with the brand identity.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, digital ads, and other marketing platforms.
- Create promotional creatives for new launches, seasonal campaigns, and events.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colors, and visual style.
- Adapt designs for both digital and print requirements.
- Stay updated with current design trends, especially in the café, QSR, and F&B; space.





Requirements

- Relevant prior experience in the Café/QSR/Restaurant/F&B; industry is preferred/required.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media design requirements.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who has previously worked with a café, QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; brand and understands food-focused marketing, promotional campaigns, menu design, and social media creatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
