We are hiring an Executive – Billing to independently manage billing operations, verify billing data against customer contracts, prepare customer invoices, manage receivables, and coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive billing inputs in Excel from warehouses across India.
- Check billing data against customer contracts.
- Prepare monthly customer bills based on services utilized in the previous month.
- Verify and bill adhoc expenses to customers.
- Book bills in the Accounting ERP.
- Follow up on receivables and collections through email and phone calls.
- Handle revenue recognition and provisional revenue entries.
- Collect billing information from various sources as per customer contracts.
- Review customer contracts and guide Warehouse Managers on billing data requirements.
- Verify billing inputs to ensure accuracy of final bills.
- Issue customer account statements and obtain quarterly balance confirmations.




- Update accounting records for payments, balances, and customer information.
- Resolve customer billing complaints and billing-related issues within 24 hours.
- Report contract amendments and support contract renewal activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate from any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Billing exposure in the warehousing or transportation industry.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good business understanding and communication skills.
- Experience in Accounting ERP and customer receivables.

Coordination

Internal coordination with Warehouse Managers, Sales Team, and Accounts Team. External coordination with Customers.
