Job Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with university and recruitment partners.

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner communication and operations.

* Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and develop new ones.

* Regularly follow up with partners regarding applications, admissions, campaigns, events, and business opportunities.

* Handle partner queries and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain accurate records of partner communication, activities, and business performance.

* Support partner meetings, presentations, webinars, training sessions, and events.

* Monitor partner requirements and coordinate internally for timely execution.





* Work towards achieving partnership and business growth targets.

* Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

* 1–4 years of experience in partner relationship management or in overseas education industry.

* Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple partners and follow-ups efficiently.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic reporting.

* Willingness to travel for partner meetings/events when required.
