Job Title: Business Development Executive – Lead Generation

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong lead-generation skills to identify potential business clients and create opportunities for the sales team.

Role Overview:
Someone who can find the right business prospects, run cold email, WhatsApp Marketing, Apollo and LinkedIn outreach using AI tools, follow up systematically, and generate qualified meetings/leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify current business prospects and potential clients.
- Research companies and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through Apollo, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp.
- Conduct personalized cold outreach using AI tools.
- Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospects.




- Understand initial prospect requirements and qualify leads.
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead trackers and prospect databases.
- Coordinate with sales for lead handover.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in BDE, Lead Generation, Inside Sales or Outbound Sales.
- Experience in B2B prospecting and outreach.
- Knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of cold email and WhatsApp Marketing.
- Good communication and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
