About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and run paid campaigns, social media and launch amplification for URBAN and Inbase. You will work closely with the design team and Marketing Head to make every product launch land with impact.

Key Responsibilities — URBAN

- Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) for product launches and always-on sales.
- Manage the social media calendar — teasers, launch posts, reels amplification and engagement.
- Coordinate influencer and UGC collaborations for hero products.
- Support amplification of broadcast/OTT sponsorships and TVC campaigns.
- Own campaign budgets, tracking, ROAS reporting and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities — Inbase

- Run Inbase social media presence and paid promotions.
- Plan seasonal and festive campaigns for the accessories range.
- Retarget marketplace shoppers to build brand recall.





Skills & Requirements

- 1–6 years running performance campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Experience with consumer brands (electronics/D2C a plus).
- Comfort with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign reporting.
- Strong coordination skills — you will work with designers, agencies and marketplaces.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and content-led campaigns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
