Position: Corporate Trainer
Location: Thane
Experience: 3–7 years in Corporate/Sales Training
Salary: Depending on experience and suitability

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in corporate training, preferably in sales, financial services, investments, or related industries.
- Ability to conduct sales training, product training, communication training, and process training.
- Experience in conducting role plays, mock calls, assessments, and training evaluations.
- Ability to identify performance gaps and create training improvement plans.
- Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable preparing PPTs, training modules, assessments, and training reports.
- Should be able to independently manage training sessions and coordinate with Sales, HR, and Management.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
