Job Summary

Babaji Vidhyashram School is looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about inclusive education and capable of working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school counsellors to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and identify the educational needs of students with learning difficulties and special needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one and small-group interventions.
- Support students with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities, and other special educational needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Counsel and guide parents regarding student progress and intervention strategies.




- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and inclusive education practices.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. in Special Education or Diploma in Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and teachers.

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Special Educator in a school or educational institution.
- Freshers with the required qualifications and valid RCI registration may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
