* Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr & other platforms
* Handle cold calling, email outreach & LinkedIn prospecting
* Identify potential clients and convert leads into business
* Handle client communication, follow-ups & relationship management
* Prepare and send business/project proposals
* Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
Skills-
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Good client handling & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with Upwork / bidding platforms
Strong lead generation & sales skills
Confident, proactive and result-oriented approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
