About the Role:
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to manage site execution, quality, manpower and day-to-day civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage civil construction work at site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and finishing works.
- Check quality, measurements and work progress.
- Manage manpower, materials and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Identify and resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure safety and timely completion of work.





Candidate Profile:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–12 years of experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
- Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
- Valuable leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
