We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation, client acquisition and sales growth for our IT/software services. The role involves B2B & B2C sales, inside sales, cold calling, client handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, online platforms, networking and referrals.
- Identify and acquire new B2B & B2C clients for IT/software services.
- Promote Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Solutions, SaaS and Digital Marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects, convert leads and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Maintain accurate lead, customer and follow-up records using CRM, Excel or sales software.
- Coordinate with technical, sales and marketing teams to convert business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue and lead conversion targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

- Candidates from Namakkal and surrounding areas preferred.
- Willing to work on-site at our Namakkal office.
