Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and coordinate various digital marketing activities across our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with social media agencies to plan, execute, and track social media campaigns and content.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to monitor advertising campaigns, budgets, sales, ROAS, and overall performance.
- Track and analyse website sales, traffic, conversions, and overall website performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor marketing performance across different channels and help identify what is driving website sales and conversions.
- Research and implement current WordPress plugins, tools, integrations, and website features that can improve functionality, customer experience, and conversions.
- Identify and implement new digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, leads, and sales.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure marketing activities are executed on time.
- Regularly review website performance and identify areas for conversion rate optimisation (CRO).




- Stay updated with new digital marketing tools, trends, technologies, and strategies and evaluate their potential application to the business.
- Prepare regular reports on website sales, marketing performance, and campaign results.
- Take ownership of assigned digital marketing projects and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and website analytics.
- Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce is preferred.
- Comfortable working with marketing agencies and coordinating multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with a willingness to experiment and test new strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
