- Follow up of control plan, FMEA and work instructions. First Stage and Final Stage inspection and rejection details recording work in SAP and recording in Daily Rejection Summary report in Excel format.
- Department wise rejection to be extracted from Daily Rejection Summary report.
- Rejection data preparation work for CFT Weekly meeting and recording the Action plan and implementation details.
- Preparing of OJT records, Quality Alert, Skill matrix, SPC, OPL, MSA and MRM meeting rejection data sheets.
- Recording and Implementation of 2 Product audits per month as per Product audit Schedule.
- Recording of Inspection and Rejection data in all Trial cards.
- Monitoring and maintaining of Paint Viscosity records.
- Daily Rejection data summary report submitting to HODs.
- Follow up of Rejection / Scrap disposal activities.

10 . Documentation work in QC inspection department in line with ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016 system requirements.

To be an alternate responsibilities of his immediate Manager when he is on leave for casting rejection meeting.

v To Achieve Zero defects at the customer end.

v Preparation of SOP based on Non-conformances & complaints at customer end.

v Sampling inspection of castings by Visual as per sampling plan.

v Inspection details entry in SAP system.

v Material requisition follow-up for inspection activity.

v Daily review of rejected castings and re-inspection of Salvaged parts.

v Defect mapping preparation for top rejections.

v NCR raising for top rejection.

v Inspection clearance of the parts produced within 24 hrs. from production.

Authorities:

Authority to Stop Shipment & Production if any deviations found in the customer specifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
