BIM Architect – 1 Year Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated BIM Architect with approximately 1 year of experience to join our BIM team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining architectural BIM models, preparing drawings and documentation, and supporting the BIM team in delivering projects as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
- Create and manage Revit families and architectural components as required.
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and proper BIM standards.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and report basic model clashes and coordination issues.
- Follow project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, and workflows.
- Assist senior BIM Architects/BIM Coordinators in project delivery.
- Make revisions to models and drawings based on project requirements.
- Maintain proper model organization, views, sheets, annotations, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.




- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Basic understanding of BIM concepts and workflows.
- Knowledge of Revit families, views, sheets, schedules, and annotations.
- Good understanding of architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Ability to understand drawings and project requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
- Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Basic knowledge of BIM standards and model coordination.

Qualification

- Diploma in Architecture / relevant architectural qualification.
- Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in BIM/Revit Architecture.

Pay: ₹11,935.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month
