Job Summary

WORKPLACE VIRTUALIZATION - AVD

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.\r\nDeploy and manage AVD host pools, session hosts, and application groups.\r\nConfigure and maintain FSLogix profiles and user setting management.\r\nMonitor AVD performance, capacity, and health.\r\nTroubleshoot virtual desktop, application, and connectivity issues.\r\nManage image creation, maintenance, and deployment.\r\nImplement patching and update management for session hosts.\r\nSupport Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration and authentication.\r\nManage Azure networking, storage, and security configurations related to AVD.\r\nOptimize user experience and desktop performance.\r\nSupport application publishing and remote app delivery.\r\nPerform incident, problem, and change management activities.\r\nConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.\r\nMaintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\r\nEnsure compliance with security and organizational policies.\r\nCollaborate with cloud, network, security, and endpoint teams.
