Profile Name: Business Development Manager - Sales

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong experience in hardware and electronics and proven expertise in dealer and distributor development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify, onboard, and manage retail dealers.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Drive sales through channel and retail expansion.
- Handle market visits, negotiations, follow-ups, and business development.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must have Hardware & Electronics industry experience.
- Strong experience in dealer development and distributor management.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates from unrelated industries will not be preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days:



Monday – Saturday
