About Paradise Yatra

Paradise Yatra is a growing travel company specializing in Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Honeymoon Packages, Group Tours, Luxury Holidays and customized travel experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Consultants to join our sales team and help customers plan and book their dream holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Travel Enquiries & Leads
- Respond to incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates and preferences.
- Prepare & Sell Tour Packages
- Create customized itineraries and travel packages according to customer requirements.
- Explain hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, inclusions and exclusions clearly.
- Follow-Up & Conversion
- Regularly follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Build trust and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Work towards monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain proper lead updates and follow-up records in the company's CRM/system.

Skills Required





- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Good WhatsApp, phone and computer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in travel sales, holiday packages, hospitality, hotel sales or BPO sales will be preferred.
