Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage accounting and finance operations and ensure timely statutory and financial compliance.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent

Experience:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance
- Experience in NBFC/financial services is preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- GST and TDS compliance
- PF/ESI compliance
- Financial reporting and reconciliation
- Budgeting and statutory compliance

Preferred Experience:

- Finalization of accounts
- Audit coordination
- MIS reporting
- Team management
