Job Profile:

1) Basic knowledge on making Contracts and E-Mails, Correspondence with Buyers and Factories with Good Typing Speed.

2) Communication required very clean and clear. Should have fluent Hindi and English. Other Indian Languages if known will be Great like Tamil, Gujarati, Marwadi, Punjabi, Bengali, Foreign Languages Like Spanish will also be Valuable.

3) Candidate should have Strong Sincere Follow Up Skills over Factories and Team Mates for Approvals & Productions in every aspect whether its Accessories or Garments or Colors Etc Anything related to His/Her Order.

4) Understanding Client’s Requirements over Every Respective PO and acting accordingly with Factories over it.

5) We are not a Factory. We are a Buying House / Trading Company who Out Source Local Vendors all over India as per our International Buyers Required Products mainly on Readymade Garments and get those goods Produced with Factories. Your Job would be….Procedure of Taking Orders from Buyers, Issuing Contracts, Preparing Detailed Order Files, Proceeding the Orders with Factories, Daily Follow Ups with Factories, Regular Constant Visits in the Factories in Different Parts of India like Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Tirupur, Kolkata and few Other Cities, Making sure on Daily Basis Order is Running on Time as and is Despatched from Factories on Time. It’s a brief Job Profile explained and would be spoken in Details in Personal Meeting on Interview.

6) It’s a very responsible Job as you would be Handling Companies Orders so require Great Understanding and Responsible Candidates who knows the Real Importance of Delivering a Perfect Product to Buyer Right on Time without seeing Day and Night and going to any level to comply to the Commitments made to Clients. Domestic and International Travels would be involved Esp Lot of Domestic Travellings to Factories to go meet them and your Inspection Teams and Physically Check Productions and Solve Production Issues ensuring Orders are running smooth without any Time Limits over Number of Days and coming back to Base. Immediate Travel Schedules will be given so the Candidate should be very open to all the Travelling Aspects which also includes the Mode of Travelling and to be open to Travel with any decent Mode of Travelling without putting any personal issues or Travelling Issues as whatsoever it won’t be entertained.
