Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to handle SMT and electronics manufacturing equipment, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning and machine setup at customer/project locations.
- Troubleshooting, breakdown handling and preventive maintenance.
- Handle Pick & Place and Reflow equipment.
- Spares handling and replacement.
- Conveyor line balancing and machine integration.
- BOM checking and component requirements.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and On-Time Analysis.
- AMC activities and service support.
- Prepare service reports, checklists and technical documentation.
- Basic networking and machine connectivity.
- Machine testing and trial runs.
- Coordinate with customers and project teams.




- Travel across India and overseas for projects.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automation.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in SMT / electronics manufacturing equipment / industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Pick & Place / Reflow experience preferred.
- Knowledge of spares, BOM, conveyor systems, line balancing, RCA and AMC.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Valid passport is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and overseas.
