Responsibilities:

As a Data Analytics Associate, you will:

- Extensively work with MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process automation (with proficiency in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, conditional formatting, array formulas, and data visualisation techniques).

- Design and maintain complex spreadsheets, create energetic models, and ensure data integrity.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

- Extract insights from complex datasets from different data tables to support dynamic decision making.

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.




- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate options and recommend effective alternatives.
- Proficiency in interpreting programming logic, with a good understanding of data workflows across CRMs and integrated automation tools.
