Marketing Operations Coordinator

Location: Sahnewal, Ludhiana

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC/month

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle IndiaMART, Justdial and TradeIndia enquiries and buy leads.

- Forward leads to sales team and follow up on status.

- Coordinate GeM requests, events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

- Assist with product, factory and event photoshoots.

- Capture basic photos/videos and appear confidently on camera.

- Coordinate with printing, promotional and IT vendors.

- Maintain daily task sheets and report pending work. Requirements:

- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills

. - Confident, outgoing personality with public speaking skills.

- Basic Excel, social media and B2B portal knowledge.

- Event/photoshoot coordination experience is an advantage.
