Job description

We are looking for an AI Expert who can design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve real business problems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning models, data analysis, and AI tools, and should be comfortable working across teams to implement scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Create performance marketing static & video creatives based on category/marketing briefs

* Create Amazon B+ & A+ listings

* Develop product mock-ups, lifestyle visuals & product creatives

* Create multiple creative variations for performance testing

* Explore new AI tools and build efficient AI-based creative workflows

* Optimise AI credits, tools & production time while maintaining quality

* Understand performance creatives and basic metrics like CTR, CAC, CVR & ROAS

Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Recraft, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo, Runway, Kling, Veo, Luma, Pika, Hailuo, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut etc.

What we’re looking for:

* 1 to 3 years experience in creative/design/performance marketing

* Solid visual sense & storytelling ability

* Hands on experience with AI creative tools

* Curious, experimental & quick to learn

* Understands how to create performance-led creatives, not just aesthetically good designs

* E-commerce/D2C experience is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
