Role description

Primary Skills - SAP Quality Management (QM) & Batch Management (BM) Secondary Skills - SAP Production Planning (PP) (1) Willing to work from Electronics city office from a business hour of 1.30 PM IST to 10.30 PM IST and a hybrid mode of 3 days at work as a mandate. (2) Candidate is expected to have sufficient knowledge on working with business to gather requirements, write technical specs, perform configuration in SAP, testing and documentation, plan and execute cut over activities, support a technical go-live and assist business for a successful business go-live. (3) Candidate should possess solid knowledge on SAP QM business processes with minimum 10 years of experience in the following areas * Incoming Inspection * Source Inspection * Supplier Qualification * Physical Sample Management * Digital Signatures, Audit Trials * In-Process, Early, Final Insp * Recurring Inspection * Ad-hoc Inspection * Ship on Waiver * Quality inspection wrt to EWM system * Quality Certificates * QM Orders, Cost of Quality * Cost of Poor Quality * Document Management System * Quality Notification * Stability Studies, Quality Labels * Handling Units Management * Audit Management * Test Equipment Management * Customer Complaints,



Returns * Mass Processing * Collective Usage Decision * Batch Derivation * Batch Search Strategy * Batch Classification * Deadline monitoring of batches * Batch Determination * Batch Genealogy, Batch Release QM interface to other systems * ** QM integration with LIMS * ** QM integration with TrackWise * ** QM integration with DMS * ** QM integration with SAP EWM * ** QM integration with 3PL system and other third-party systems
