About the Role

Luxury Aesthetics is looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Video Specialist to take complete ownership of our Instagram and day-to-day social media presence.

This is not a desk-only social media role.

We need someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, post and analyse content independently — someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and knows how to turn a clinic's treatments, doctors, technology and client experience into engaging, high-performing content.

You will be working in-house at the clinic, creating content regularly and staying on top of Instagram trends, Reels formats, audio, hooks, storytelling and Gen-Z/Millennial content culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of Luxury Aesthetics' Instagram
- Plan and execute a consistent weekly/monthly content calendar
- Shoot videos and Reels in-house using professional or smartphone videography
- Edit Reels, short-form videos, Stories and other social content
- Create strong hooks, concepts and storytelling designed to increase watch time and shares
- Stay constantly updated with Instagram trends, Reels formats, sounds, memes and emerging content styles
- Create content around treatments, doctors, technology, clinic experience, FAQs, transformations, education and behind-the-scenes moments
- Develop content that feels premium, up-to-date, relatable and Gen-Z/Millennial coded, without
- making the clinic look cheap or overly promotional
- Write captions, CTAs and Story content




- Manage daily posting and Stories
- Develop interactive Stories including polls, questions, quizzes, sliders, etc.
- Analyse Instagram Insights and identify why content is or isn't performing
- Continuously test different hooks, formats, topics and creative styles
- Improve reach, engagement, watch time, profile visits and inbound enquiries
- Work closely with doctors, management and the clinic team to consistently generate fresh content
- Capture content during treatments, consultations, events and campaigns while maintaining patient privacy and professionalism
- Repurpose high-performing content into multiple formats
- Monitor competitors and identify relevant trends/opportunities
- Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all social channelsWhat We Are Looking For

Must-have:

- Strong videography + video editing skills
- Proven experience creating Instagram Reels/short-form video
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends and content formats
- Ability to independently shoot → edit → post
- Excellent understanding of hooks, retention and storytelling
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Comfortable being hands-on and on-site




- Fast execution and ability to create content consistently
- Understanding of Instagram analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to turn a basic idea into an engaging piece of content

Huge Advantage If You Have:

- Experience with beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, fashion, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Experience growing an Instagram account organically
- A portfolio showing Reels with strong views/engagement
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar editing software
- Smartphone + professional camera shooting experience
- Understanding of influencer/creator-style content
- Experience creating content specifically for Gen Z and MillennialsPerformance Expectations

- Instagram enquiries/leads
