Position: Laser & Press Machine Expert – Electrical
Location: Pune – Talegaon (JCB Plant)

Qualification: Diploma / BE – Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CO₂ laser cutting machines and press machines.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining Bystronic laser machines, Messer Plasma machines, and Press Brake machines.
- Experience with electrical control panels, servo drives & motors.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical accessories, control & power circuits, and hydraulic circuits.
- Troubleshooting machinery breakdowns/malfunctions, identifying root causes, and repairing or replacing faulty components.
- Ensure safety while operating and maintaining machinery and identify potential hazards.
- Maintain equipment records, machine manuals, and machine spares.
- Basic knowledge of SAP PM Module.
