About the Role

ASL Interiors is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the interior design industry to drive business growth, build client relationships, and convert potential leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential clients and leads.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable interior solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until project closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Must Have

- 1–2 years’ experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Interior Design Industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
