✔ Solid sourcing & candidate engagement skills
✔ Excellent communication and follow-up skills
✔ Target-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen OPT/H4 candidates
- Build and maintain a quality candidate pipeline
- Handle candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
- Manage submissions and recruitment activities
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and achieve hiring targets
