- Assemble machines and mechanical systems as per approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Perform accurate fitting, alignment, leveling, and installation of machine components.
- Install mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other related components as required.
- Check dimensions, tolerances, clearances, and component fitment during assembly.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and precision tools safely and effectively.
- Carry out machine assembly within the specified quality and production schedules.
- Identify assembly issues, defects, and dimensional mismatches and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Electrical, Quality, and Purchase teams for smooth machine completion.
- Conduct machine testing, trial runs, and functional checks after assembly.
- Support troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical problems during testing and commissioning.
- Ensure proper lubrication, tightening, torqueing, and fastening of machine components.
- Maintain assembly records, inspection reports,



checklists, and other required documentation.
- Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of machine components, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in machine installation and commissioning at customer sites when required.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce assembly time and improve machine quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the assembly area.
- Train and guide technicians/helpers in correct assembly procedures when required.
- Perform any other duties related to machine assembly and engineering as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
