About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Project Associate to support the coordination and execution of clinical research projects. The candidate will work closely with the Clinical Operations and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project activities, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking clinical research projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, investigators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers, study documents, and regular project updates.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending activities.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and relevant documentation.
- Support the team in ensuring project activities are completed as per defined requirements.
- Participate in routine project meetings and maintain meeting records/action points.




- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and Clinical Operations team.

Eligibility & Skills

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD / BDS / MDS / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry or related qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in clinical research, CRO, clinical operations, or project coordination will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
- Candidates from Rajasthan will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
