The Executive Engineer – Piping Design is responsible for process design, engineering calculations, commissioning support, and optimization of wastewater treatment, effluent treatment, sewage treatment, biogas, and renewable energy projects. The role requires collaboration with design, project execution, and commissioning teams to ensure efficient and sustainable process solutions.
Key Responsibilities  Prepare piping designs for WTP, ETP, STP, SBR, Anaerobic Digestion Plant, and Biogas Purification plants.  Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), General Arrangement Drawings (GAD’s), Equipment Fabrication Drawing, Plant Layout, Plot plans, Pipe Routing Drawing, Piping Isometric Drawings  Prepare Detailed Piping bill of material.  Participate in equipment fabrication at workshop.  Support engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.  Prepare technical specifications, datasheets.  Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and project management.  Participate in site visits, quality inspections and performance testing.  Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards,



and project specifications.  Provide technical support to clients during project execution and operation. Required Qualifications  B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.  2–5 years of experience in piping engineering, preferably in water, wastewater, biogas, or environmental projects.  Knowledge of sewage treatment, effluent treatment, Gas purification and anaerobic digestion processes.  Understanding of piping engineering fundamentals such as ASME standards, API Standards.  Ability to read and prepare PFDs and P&IDs.;  Proficiency in software’s like AutoCAD, Solidworks Piping Module and Plant 3D. Desired Skills  Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good communication and technical documentation abilities.  Project coordination and teamwork.  Willingness to travel for site visits and erection activities.  Knowledge of biogas purification systems and organic waste treatment is an added advantage.
