Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer with strong expertise in visual communication, graphic design, and multimedia content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to develop high-quality visual content for digital, print, presentations, campaigns, and institutional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging graphics for digital, print, social media, presentations, reports, publications, and campaigns.
- Develop multimedia content including motion graphics, animations, infographics, videos, and visual presentations.
- Translate complex information, data, and technical subjects into clear and visually appealing communication materials.
- Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, icons, and other visual assets as required.
- Collaborate with content writers, communication teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, layouts, and overall design standards.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within defined timelines.
- Review and refine creative outputs based on feedback and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication,



Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia/graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, branding, and design principles.
- Experience in creating infographics, presentations, motion graphics, animations, and digital creatives.
- Ability to visualise and communicate complex or technical information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and aesthetic sense.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within tight deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in institutional, government, public-sector, technology, science, infrastructure, manufacturing, or development-sector communication.
- Experience creating content for senior leadership, official publications, reports, campaigns, and high-visibility events.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design, multimedia, infographic, motion graphics, and print design work.

Candidates are required to share their portfolio along with their application.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
